Simple Document Uploads
Choose your label and upload your vehicle registration document or proof of ownership using Choose File on the product page. You can attach up to three JPG, PNG or PDF files. An example label photo, custom size and special note are optional. Then click Add to cart and complete checkout. For enquiries or help with an existing order, use our contact form.
- UK: V5C registration certificate.
- France: Certificat d’immatriculation (carte grise).
- Germany: Zulassungsbescheinigung.
- Italy: Documento Unico or carta di circolazione.
- Spain: Permiso de circulación.
- Other countries: Equivalent registration document or proof of ownership.

Which documents can I send?
Send your country’s registration document or proof of ownership, such as a V5C, carte grise, Zulassungsbescheinigung, Documento Unico or permiso de circulación.
Is a label photo mandatory?
An example label photo is optional. Upload one if you have it; you can order when the original label is missing.
Can I send a PDF or image?
Yes. The contact form accepts JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF and PDF files, up to 5 MB per file.
